A cue is like an extension to your arm for many players. Some people keep their's for years while others replace them every 6 months. How long have you owned your current cue?

London v Sussex Junior Team Report

Inter CountySunday saw the London Junior side at home for their second match of the season. After a very close shave against the ever improving Kent Juniors last month, they knew they needed a convincing win to improve on 4th place in the rankings. The boys were more than ready for the challenge - even without their vice captain who went walkies with the Queen's husband (yes cheers F.C.).

Nevertheless they did not disappoint taking all 4 sets comfortably and only conceding 9 frames in total as they won a massive 35! Well beyond expectations.

A special mention goes to our less experienced county players who were thrown in at the deep end but really stepped up to the baize. Well done Liam C, Jasper B and Luke T. The more established county players as always showed their normal spark of quality, scoring 3's with the exception of our 4 out of 4's - Josh P, Chris R, Nigel C and Mario V. It was an exceptional all round performance and a great team victory.

Man of the Match. Well how do I choose? But no 'I' in team comes to mind. You're all stars!

Well done!

Debbie Pople
Junior Team Manager
