A cue is like an extension to your arm for many players. Some people keep their's for years while others replace them every 6 months. How long have you owned your current cue?

LATEST MATCH REPORTS...

London Ladies v Kent Ladies

Inter CountyKent Ladies were 98 games unbeaten in the league in a run stretching almost 10 years and only 2 games off a trophy, but then London Ladies came to town…

The entire team knew this was going to be a close match and Kent are a force to be reckoned with, but with the team spirit London Ladies has at the moment we were ready and raring to go and pulled off a fantastic win which has sent ripples through the region and up and down the country.

Taking from the spirit which we showed against Surrey we wanted to show Kent we had arrived and we were together as a unit and we certainly did that by taking our first set 6-5, the day seemed like it was going to be a close game and we weren’t wrong.

The second set we showed our guts, took our changes when we were presented them and only dropped 3 frames winning the set 8-3. We were ahead, by a considerable margin. We got slightly complacent in the third set, Kent went on a run and emphatically pulled back to 17-16 winning the set 9-2. Pressure on!

We were not deflated yet; this was our day to shine! We showed our true nerve and guts and pushed each other over the finishing line showing what true team spirit can do. Half of the Men’s team came over and supported us and London felt like a family. We won the final set 8-3 and managed to win the game with one game spare; of which Michaela Lester did not disappoint to take the score to 24-20!
