A cue is like an extension to your arm for many players. Some people keep their's for years while others replace them every 6 months. How long have you owned your current cue?

LATEST MATCH REPORTS...

Surrey C 25 - London C 19

Inter CountySundays match was against a Surrey C team which had won 5/5 and was top of our league, and especially when you had to give players away to the B team again, l guess we feared the worst considering we had to take 2 juniors and a senior amongst our ranks, but like a rising phoenix we didnt do that too bad at all i thought, we even managed to win the first set 7-4. the final score of losing 25-19 appears that we got beat very easily but considering how bad the tables rolled and the amount of luck they had i think we at least deserved a draw, i watched most of the frames and i know of 6 bits of luck that they won frames with so i think we didnt do bad considering.

player stats where...
g. hammond 2/4
t. mcdowell 2/4
l. wilbourne 1/4
t. griffin 1/4
a. formosa 2/4
c. warmsley 2/4
d. lott 1/4
p. pan 2/4
a. necarti 1/4
r. chapman 3/4
myself 2/4

i would like to thank tony griffin and chris walmsley from the juniors and allan formosa from the seniors for stepping in when players where not available, without our juniors, seniors and ladies i guess we would be up a creek without a paddle sometimes.

Next match is away to kent, we havant had the pleasure of kev rackhams kent C team yet but it would be great to go there with a full team and stick it right to them, player availability this season has affected not only the C team but the A and B team too and i guess both captains rupe and mikey are frustrated at the situation, so come on guys, lets go to kent with a basically full squad and show what london can really do.

as for our team, the C team, danny lott mentioned to me about going out once a month as a bonding session, im in agreement with him but i think there needs to be some stability in the team before we should do that, we have a core of the team, we have players playing in the Bs who would naturally be in the Cs if they where available, and maybe one or two more may eventually come in, so lets crack on and see if we can make the 2nd half of the season better than the 1st guys.

a week on sunday we are playing kent at chatham, can you confirm on the website or to me if you are going.
thanks guys....

paul
