LADIES TEAM REPORT
Congratulations to London Ladies for their first win of the season with a convincing win over the Surrey Ladies.
After the second set; all level at 11-11, we began to pull away after the third at 18-15 and comfortably rounded of the match 25-19.
Special mention to Angela Hobbs winning 4/4 and to Kirsty Edwards winning 4/4 for the first time.
It was a great day all round and gave us great confidence going in to a last tough match to the Kent ladies away.
I am sad to say that I stepped down as Captain, and November will be my last match playing for London, as I am moving to Gloucester in the new year.
A fantastic day and a great high to end on, and I'm sure everyone will join me in wishing my successor Kirsty Edwards and the London Ladies team the best for the future.
