General Notes

• All competition take place at Spots & Stripes. See below for dates and times of individual competitions
• Entries can be made here or at the venue.
• Entries to the main open close a few days before in order for the draw to be made in advance (see below for details)
• Entries to the other three competitions can be made on the day as well as in advance.
• Please make sure you use the correct 'Pay Now' button for the competition you wish to enter.
• Please make sure you enter the name of the Entrant in the box above that 'Pay Now' button (you can enter other people)
• You can check the details on the PayPal site before buying. To do this,
  • click the 'Pay Now' button to go to PayPal
  • On the PayPal page you will see the price at the top with a little down arrow beside it.
  • Click on this and it will show you a code for the competition you are entering.
  • You can then click when it says 'more' and it will show you the name of the entrant.
• You don't need to have a PayPal account. To checkout without a PayPal account, click the 'Buy Now' button then use the 'Check Out as a Guest' button at the bottom of the PayPal page to enter your card details.

Main Open - Saturday 19th November

• Saturday 19th November, 11am start
• Entries to be received by Wednesday 16th November, with the draw to be done on Thursday 17th. No entries on the day.
• Open to anyone
• 300 GBP added prize money

Ladies Open - Sunday 20th November

• Sunday 20th November, registration by 10:30am for 11am start
• Open to women of all ages
• Single elimination, best of 7 frames minimum
• 10.00 GBP entry fee
• 50.00 GBP added prize money. An additional 50 GBP will be added if there are more than 16 entries.

Seniors Open - Sunday 20th November

• Sunday 20th November, registration 10:30am for 11m start
• Open to anyone who was age 49 or over on 1st January 2022
• Single elimination, best of 7 frames minimum
• 10.00 GBP entry fee
• 50.00 GBP added prize money. An additional 50 GBP will be added if there are more than 16 entries.

Juniors Open - Sunday 20th November

• Sunday 20th November, registration 10:30am for 11am start
• Open to anyone who was under 18 years old on 1st January 2022
• Single elimination, best of 7 frames minimum
• 50.00 GBP added prize money. An additional 50 GBP will be added if there are more than 16 entries, and there will also be a prize for the best U15 player on the day.
• 10.00 GBP entry fee or 5.00 if under 15 on 1st January 2022
• Please make sure you use the right button for the age of the entrant
